About this site

I am currently intrigued with all visions of our landscape through abstraction and portraiture. Abstraction of the landscape into lines, colour and forms. To provide the opportunity to view the landscape from different perspectives.

MARINA MOLARES

Spanish born artist Marina Molares has a lot of interesting work in her portfolio.  We only pulled from her most recent series of collages to show you these fun images, but she has a great collection of photography and installation work as well.

anthropologie:

When designing The Garden of Cosmic Speculation, landscape architect and architectural historian Charles Jencks melded the symmetries of science and math with the chaos of nature. Located in Scotland and open to the public only one day a year, these otherworldly greens are a testament to Jencks’ duel passion for “landforming” and for wife Maggie, who inspired the garden before giving way to cancer in 1995. A “mix,” if you will, in the truest, most jaw-dropping sense.

Really is taxidermery BACK !!!!

An old artform, it is as hard as watching Heston Blumenthal’s dinner parties, yet I can’t turn it off or change the channel I would rather watch something strange and weird out here, knowing what other crazy cats get into. Still the idea of caressing a dead animal in the idea to re create it’s beauty, is still in the minority. But hey what ever you are into !!!

Thanks Huffington Post…

Loving the energy of this great clip, I need a frenetic music clip to keep my pea brain concerntration on one thing at a time in the creative world one lives in…. :)))
